By creating an account or using Apex Guild, you agree to these terms.
Apex Guild is built for current U.S. college students. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the app, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Apex Guild offers optional paid subscriptions, billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — never directly by us. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account settings before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective policies, not by Apex Guild directly.
You own what you post — your Community posts, comments, and messages. By posting, you grant Apex Guild a license to display that content to your guild as intended by the app's features. You're responsible for what you post, and we may remove content that violates these terms.
Be someone worth being in a guild with. No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, or content that endangers others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
Apex Score, streaks, and any tenure- or performance-based recognition (like Above the Treeline) are motivational features, computed from your own activity in the app. They carry no monetary value and aren't transferable.
Apex Guild is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Apex Guild is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or academic advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Apex Guild isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You can stop using Apex Guild and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@apexguild.app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
