Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Apex Guild ("we," "us") is a daily accountability app for U.S. college students. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

How we use it

Strictly to run the app: showing your streaks and Apex Score, generating your prep plans and reading pace, connecting you with your guild, and sending the reminders you'd expect from an accountability app. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not show ads.

Who we share it with

We don't share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Your guild and other members

Some information is visible to other members of your Brotherhood or Sisterhood by design — your Community posts, your Radar status if you opt in, and your Apex Score are part of how the app's accountability works. This is never visible outside your own guild.

Account deletion

You can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@apexguild.app. We'll confirm once it's complete.

Children's privacy

Apex Guild is intended for current college students and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
